Though we each bring our own backgrounds and experiences, we agree on a shared set of principles and commitments we make as candidates:

• Assure that MCC remains a warm, inclusive, welcoming environment that brings together all members of our diverse community

• Oversee programming, events, and facilities that provide rich opportunities for every resident to learn, play, celebrate, and grow

• Continue MCC's important work in supporting families and enriching family life

• Support the outstanding work done by the MCC staff while ensuring responsiveness to the community

• Serve as stewards on behalf of tax-paying residents to ensure that the center operates in a fiscally and socially responsible manner

• Provide direction for the sustainable evolution and growth of MCC as it embarks on its next 50 years
